Disappointed with the Service at Mercede

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the Mercedes-Benz Ashford service department. As a loyal customer for the past three years, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and respect, but sadly, I have been let down on multiple occasions. It’s disheartening to feel that some members of the service staff may treat customers differently based on their colour or background. This perception has been consistent during each of my visits, which leaves me with no choice but to voice my concerns. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on delivering excellence and inclusivity. I had hoped for a resolution after giving this dealership multiple chances, but my experience has remained unchanged. As a loyal customer, this is not the treatment I deserve, and it has led me to consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background.
