Customer service needs work

I purchased a used car from M S Motors in July. The car was clean and in good condition but The service isnt great. I arranged a day with the dealer to collect the car and when I arrived he wasn't there.... He did come down eventually but he pretty much just handed over the keys. There are a couple of little things that need doing to the car but I wont go back to them, I will just get them sorted locally. I would still recommend them based on their choice of good cars. They do however need to work on their customer service.
