I deal with a lot of dealers as I look after our mini fleet, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Audi. When my 2 day old Mazda CX-60 developed a critical fault I thought here we go! Having had issues with a new BMW 6 months before that took 5 weeks to resolve. It was recovered to them, they worked on the car that day, and updated me as to progress, Mazda wanted them to do some specific checks which they did the following day, updated through out, then an extended 50 mile test drive, which they did on a Sunday, I picked the car up on the Monday, and the issue is resolved. They were so helpful, renewing my hire car, keeping me informed and filling me with confidence.
