Outstanding service

I dealt with a guy called Bobby just before Christmas 2024. I have to say that as daunting as it was buying a used car from a garage so far away from where I live I was cautious from the beginning. I registered an interest in the Peugeot I went on to buy. From the get go Bobby treated me fairly, answered every question I asked, even a joke question about cup holders. Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged to deliver the car directly to my front door and the whole process from start to finish has been a positive one. The car arrived in near on perfect condition and definitely in the condition it was when he sent me a video of the car before it was delivered. It had been fully serviced and given a full MOT with no advisories. I also told Bobby I wouldn’t leave a review immediately as I wanted to have the car a while just to make sure all was ok. Again he was fine with that. I can’t and won’t speak for others, but my experience has been a good one with this dealership and when I’m in the market for another car, regardless of the distance, I would definitely consider using Michael Kiernan Cars Ltd again. Finally to Bobby, thank you for all of your help in making this purchase happen and getting the car to me. I’m very happy and pleased with it. For my needs it’s perfect. Thanks again.
