Immediatley after leaving the show room on a 7 hour drive home, I noticed the wheel alignment was out ( 1'o clock position). I immediatley notified the sales manager. I was given the option to take it to my local dealership. The car has been to my local dealership 4 times with 0 works being carried out, due to no response from Mercedes of Giffnock. Within the first 7 days, adblue sign popped up saying I had a 900 mile range left, 14 days after purchase, the brakes where squeeking, 2 months after purchase, 'top up 1 litre of oil', 4 months after purchase I have an engine management light saying 'Adblue system fault'- Not what you expect when you spend pf £40k on a car. The dealership has been non responsive and it has now gone 5 months and still yet to hear on the issues to resolve. It has been with the mercedes complaints team and each time I call, I am told they are waiting on a response from Mercedes of Giffnock. I feel like im beijg treated as a criminal after spending my hard earned money on a family car to enjoy with the wife and kids and my mother. No one has called me to follow up on the complaint from giffnock. I dont want to mention sales managers names here as thats not the purpose of this post. If Mercedes of Giffnock review this post- Please deal with my complaint- its been 5 months Terrible terrible after care
