Appalling Customer Service!

Every time we need to deal with Bristol Audi we receive disgraceful customer service from the Service Team! The staff on the Service Desk should all be dismissed for their attitude. The whole Service Department is set up to rip people off and over charge customers. I strongly recommend that you dive to an Audi Dealership that is not part of the Mon Motors group. Mon Motors are equally as bad with their VW Dealerships. Never use Mon Motors !!!!
