Avoid!!
AVOID if you do not wish to be scammed. If I could rate it as a 0 I would. Bought a car in 2024. An Audi A3. When we arrived we were greeted by Tim who was very blaze and gave us the keys to the car to look at it. He sat in the office, not checked up on us once. When the car was turned on it was jerky, Tim said it’s because there’s on petrol in it. The car had 5 miles of petrol in it and he said we will have to go buy some more ourselves when test driving. We took the car for a test drive and more petrol (which was reimbursed when we bought the car), after 15 minutes we received several calls asking us to return as he had Togo make a delivery. We returned the car and tried to do diagnostics but this was taking a few minutes. Tim then said he need to leave to deliever a car. He turned said car on facing us and left the engine and lights on and went back into the office looking out every now and then and sitting in his car, asking us to make a decision faster. When my partner went to speak to him he explained the warranty and the car can be returned and sorted etc. (sounded like a brilliant deal) My partner then bought the car thinking if any problems come up it will be sorted by them. My partner them apologised for keeping him and he said it’s okay as he’s just going to see family not deliver a car??? 3 days later (less than 100 miles) AA did a test and stated the car is not safe to drive and would fail MOT. Tim said this was our fault and warranty is just a paper. He then refused to speak to us and we have not heard back from him since (letters, emails, phone calls, texts). We are stuck with a car that needs a NEW ENGINE and will cost us double the price of the car…
