I like the above am having trouble and being messed around each day after broken promises about returning my deposit on a car I bought off them 12 weeks ago They never seem to answer calls and only reply by text , I bought an Audi A4 convertible off them and never had it three weeks and the engine blew , I had to foot the bill to transport the car from Coventry to Essex (finally got half bk ) they had the car for six weeks and nearly most weeks promising it will be back with me by the end of the week , this went on for a good few weeks so I put in an email and written text I did not want the car it just felt dodgy what was going on , I got talked round , then more broken promises so I insisted again I did not want the car , then Ryan's dad again as good as insisted I had no choice but to have the car back ! I finally got the car back 6-7 weeks after transporting it to them and it arrived with a major oil leak , I took it to a mechanic at guy salmon jaguar , he strongly advised me not to take the car it's got major problems and was kind enough to explain this to Ryan's dad himself over the phone , the car was left there on the mechanics advice and I myself had to sort out transportation bk to Essex at Ryan's cost !! , this was three weeks ago and for two weeks now iv been promised and promised and constantly let down about returning my 2150 deposit , I have informed trading standards as of today , all this has done is stress me and my family out and cost me a fortune in many ways , in the three weeks of having the car I spent 700 on few initial problems , I also don't understand why me as a customer that's been sold a faulty car should have to fit half the bill to get the car they sold to me back to them to repair the problem, I'm disgusted and suprised with the way a company that makes out its a decent company act the way they have , I would strongly warm anyone buying a vehicle to stay well away from this company they are not what they make out and hope no one else has the same stress I have had !!!
