10am Booking for a Range Rover MOT Arrived 9:50 Advised 1 hiour 2 & 3/4 hours later queried how long a 1 hour MOT takes "just got your paperwork" failed because of number plate letter spacing "Why didn't it fail last year, or the year before ... same plates "Don't know, maybe fussy tester" Will get plates made up and put on another hour passes, upon query... surprise surprise... all done $ hours for an MOT, no information, no updates, dreadful service, not what I would expect, suffice to say I shall now move dealership, atrocious, hold your head in Shame JLR Norwich.
