Horrible service

Disgusting service from an individual known as Dean. Completely uncooperative and smelt of alcohol, never before leased a vehicle or tried to get one under HPI, did not explain things to myself for me to understand what I was signing but instead pressured me but was completely reluctant due to the forceable nature, will never visit this branch again
