Great customer service

We had been looking for a volvo for sometime and had visited other volvo dealerships in the surrounding area from Eastbourne to Tonbridge and the customer service we received was very mixed indeed. We decided to visit volvo mcnaughton Ross Ticehurst. We found our car but we also found great customer service from peter Dixon. Nothing was too much trouble for him we asked a number of questions which he answered them all . He had very good knowledge of the volvo product. The weather was awful and we had a very very dirty spaniel with us who we were going to leave in our car .But he insisted we bring our dog in to the showroom a very nice touch. I think other volvo dealership's could learn a lot from peter a real credit to volvo . We would certainly recommend to family and friends. I hope he gets the credit he deserves
