Very Poor Service Start to finish
Ok folks where do I start for a Car Dealer very poor response to my requests from the start. WhatsApp message (No Reply) Email Request for Test Drive (No Response) Text Message (No Response) Ended up ringing up very vague conversation and confirmed Test Drive for the Friday, was quiet at work so decided just to bob up on the Wednesday to have a quick look before the Test Drive. Was told I believe by the father that Tom was not there and had indeed taken the Car for a Service even though you can plainly tell that the Garage attached does the Servicing. Moving on arrived on Friday arrived and after a brief conversation was handed the keys and was left to view with my Wife. Started up ok everything working fine so decided to purchase the car after getting a part exchange price for my car. There wasn't much conversation as Tom seemed focused on receiving and making calls. Came back with a part exchange price of £500 bit low as I was after at least £1000. Sat in the office was presented with the service log book advertised on the site as Full Service however this was incorrect as 1 service was missing and the Price displayed on the car was £7500 not as advertised £7000 He did say he would give me a call later to see if he could get a better Part Exchange price for me so I left at 11.30 ish to await a call. No call i sent a message at 3.3O pm to be told that an engine light had on after i had left (Why did you not ring straight away??) and that i should look elsewhere. Looking at older reviews the Engine Light Scenario has featured before think I have had a lucky escape not impressed at all waste of my time and money Travelling. I've been in Customer Service for 40 years and this was bad and I suspect the latest reviews are probably made up.
