Don’t waste your time

Various issues with our 2021 Defender over the years and each experience has been no improvement on the last… Whether the car is held for weeks on end while they don’t return your calls (and you’re still paying for it with no hire car), or you arrange a date/time for a service to be told it could be up to 6 of waiting (fine if we were told in advance)… or they just refuse to stand up/acknowledge you as you walk into the room… just take your custom somewhere else!
