Terrible

To start, when i bought this car the reviews for this place weren’t too bad but recently they seem to be going down and i completely agree. The FIRST EVENING i bought this car i arrived home (which is 2 and a half hours away for this dealership) the cars engine light turned on, there was a rattle coming from my suspension and the aircon they had said they fixed was not working. To be fair to them they did fix two of the problems under warranty but never once offered to come collect the car (which im told is standard for dealerships to do) and made me drive the two and a half hours back and forth multiple times and left me without a car for 3 weeks (which is basically a THIRD of my warranty wasted). Also, my roof got stuck open in a thunderstorm due to a problem i had brought up to them before that they did not fix and still have not fixed to this day (along with my aircon because a part has supposedly taken 4 months to come) this made my car soaked inside and almost broke the new radio i had put in a week prior. Towards the end of my warranty my fuel pump decided to also stop working which i did contact these people about and they told me id need to get my car recovered to them myself, i decided against this as i feel i have been completely messed about which ive been told by everyone ive told the story of this car to and i honestly never want to speak to them again. Since early october (2 months ago) i have not received any contact from them and every time i called they seemed annoyed and said they will contact me when parts have been delivered or any updates happened. Unfortunately this past week my car (that i bought 4 months ago) has completely given in and ive had to sell it for as much as i can get (half the price i bought it for). I need completely new electrics and everything inside the car is on its last legs because of these faults, luckily for glasshoughton car sales my car ran out of warranty 3 weeks ago so they didnt have to deal with it!! Just to add the fuel pump and electric/alternator problems have clearly been an issue before i was not told about as the recovery person and the mechanic i took my car to both said things were loose and it was clear it had been messed with previously. This just makes me feel completely deceived and taken advantage of as i am a very young girl who had no clue what i was doing, and no one can convince me that they had absolutely no clue the state that the car was in when they sold it to me. Please do not try to contact me unless you’re offering some compensation for this nightmare ive had to go through.
