Unprofessional service

Avoid this dealership for unprofessional servicing and poor customer service. After a routine service, my car experienced recurring oil level issues due to improper procedures (underfilling, then overfilling oil). The staff’s dismissive and unhelpful attitude, including a suggestion to "just drive it and call roadside assistance if it breaks down," was unacceptable. The dealer refused to address the issue, attributing it to the oil gauge being overly sensitive, leaving the problem unresolved. Currently, the car's engine oil level remains above MAX, and warnings persist during driving. This experience falls far below the standards expected from a Mercedes.
