AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Take your deposit for a new (7/11/24) car give you the order form, then 20 hours before collecting tell you you can't have it as Chris has made a mistake on price (for which he never apologised). I and the salesman confirmed with him before signing the new car order. (took them 11 days to notice this 18/11/24) Did offer me a lower spec car for the same price must be a joke. They promise to phone but don't. Chris the sales manager lies, Andrew false promises for a meeting with a senior manager (phone calls and emails time stamped recorded), Then took a further 11 days to get my deposit back. If you want a new car please please go elsewhere.
