STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIERS

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I Had a poor experience with Anastasia over the last two weeks . Reserved a car unable to prepare vehicle and ship in a two week period . Threatened with loss of deposit when still vaild, given different quotes for delivey 'threatened with being charged twice for delivery. Car had multiple sratches that had apparently been buffed . Gave days for delivery but where ignored given a different day and then no days . Communication was terrible and had to do all my own research . Managers Craig and Lyos where no help and did not assist to resolve issues when i raised a case of poor customer experience. My own rights where denied when lyos said not possible to return a car after a test drive - which i had to explain that is a right of distance selling and the right of the customer. Sounds like they sell alot of faulty vehicles and it sounded like there where other issues with the Audi S3 they where selling.
