poor communication/service

I’m not sure of the owner’s circumstances or if he has another business that takes priority, but myself and partner have been trying for several days to arrange a viewing of a car with to no avail, at first David answered the phone to my partner on the Friday morning who said he was driving on the motorway and would callback later in the afternoon, that call never came, we tried calling several times unsuccessfully on Saturday and Sunday and in the end I filled in the online form on Sunday afternoon asking to make a viewing, David responded to my request and said we could arrange a viewing, then no more contact was answered despite chasing several times to arrange an appointment. At this point I’m extremely baffled as I’m not understanding why no contact is being made, I fully understand people are busy however I am trying to buy a car that is advertised by this business and I am getting nowhere, at this point I feel I am pestering the owner with trying to arrange an appointment. I’m desperate to buy a car as my car has broken down, not what I needed at this time of year. I found a car at this garage that I am extremely interested in but at this point I’m at loss as to what to do next, as I cannot wait endlessly for no contact, this is not what I expected when trying to purchase an advertised car from an established business
