Absolutely Awful - Avoid at all costs

I recently purchased a Volvo XC40 from this dealership, and unfortunately, the vehicle had some issues right from the start. I gave them the opportunity to address the problems, but they were unable to resolve them. Communication has been challenging, and I’ve encountered some difficulty in getting timely responses to my concerns. I’ve also come across names of individuals, such as Adam and Hollie, that seem to be either unclear or inconsistent. Given the circumstances, I’ve felt it necessary to escalate the matter by contacting the AA, Autotrader, and Trading Standards to look into the situation. I believe it's important to ensure that my legal right to return the vehicle is properly upheld.
