Bad customer service

I recently bought a car from there, car is ok. But customer service is not good. They put my wrong address and my v5 registration not arrived at my address. I contacted them many times but they're not took it seriously. Also they took amount in the name of car tax but they don't taxed my car. Honestly, I'm not happy with this all.
