Purchased the car over phone with all car finance arranged and signed for at home. WhatsApp messages throughout the process keeping me updated on everything that was going on with the car. Made the process feel safe with recorded phone calls. Explained exactly what was happening. Collection Day provided me with an immaculate car that I was absolutely over the moon with but you could see in the showroom they maintain all cars to the same standard.
