Poor after service
Buying the car,being offered drinks all very nice and friendly. Have an ongoing fault with a FPace, took it in for 6weeks to fit a new part,but still continued to show the engine management light and loss of power! Jaguar assist have been called numerous times and had to attend. The vehicle was purchased 2022 and was a 2022 plate. Called numerous times trying to get the car rejected but no one likes returning calls. This has taken us to Dec 2024 when they bought the car back at a substantial loss. No goodwill,no compensation! Only an email saying they are disappointed I had given a one star review. Do not waste your money.seriously they are not one bit bothered about selling you a car that's basically not fit for purpose.
