Cons and liars death traps

Was scammed out of my car as part exchange to be told £300 scrap needs a new gear box then after sale was made 4 days later my £300 scrap car was for sale for £2.5k the 4000 pound car I brought had issues 1 day later…. They lied and refuse refund and my old car back they promised would fix it in fact the garage they used is there’s and they made it worse and infact unplugged cables from the BSI unit and as soon as I took it to a different garage they ran diagnosed it with over 23 faults and they plus the cables back in for the dash board to light up like a Christmas tree with engine fault, all they wanted to do was fob it off on the warranty it came with. That ain’t worth the paper it’s written on. The service they promised it has was just a signed name in the book and legal ain’t worth nothing as no stamps. Refusing to give legal details promised again to fix to stay away from the courts but as soon as he was told over £1000 work and two days job he don’t want to fix it now and called say the garage don’t want to do it because I threatened the guys in there. Again lies and after calling the garage he confirmed this was never said he was making it up as he was told the work couldn’t be done till 10th jan due to being so busy and Xmas. Now still fighting to get money back and the death trap shown. Trading standards have been contacted and all photo evidence in tack including the black duck tape on the window that they fixed….. the MOT is a fake and would never pass a real MOT due to faults with the dipped beam lights ect. It’s just lies after lies and now trying to avoid the problem by ignoring the texts and calls
