Issues galore
1) My car was due to be delivered between 8am and 1pm on December 2nd. Around 9am I received a call that it wouldn't be arriving that day. After multiple phone calls it arrived on December 5th. 2) Mileage. Car was sold with 472 miles on the clock but arrived with 989 miles. More than double. Apparently up to 200 miles over the advertised mileage is acceptable. Cinch reimbursed 25p per mile over the 200 allowance they give themselves. HMRC business travel mileage is 45p per mile so where cinch got 25p from is anyones guess. The doubled mileage has devalued the car by more than the £76.25 I've been reimbursed. 3) Navigation system requires updating. At present I cannot use it and do not have the means to update it myself. I have been told to take it to a dealership to have it done, undoubtedly at cost to myself not to mention added inconvenience. A poor experience with cinch and it has not been faff free. Aside from the 25p per mile reimbursement nothing has been done to assist. I cannot recommend them.
