Worst experience ever

In May 2023, I purchased a DS7 from Tates Garage with an extended warranty. However, I have since encountered several issues with the vehicle, including frequent faults with the Automatic Braking System and Cruise Control. I reported these issues to Tates Garage, but they have been unable to repair the vehicle on multiple occasions. As a result, the matter is currently under review by the Ombudsman, as I have exhausted all other options. Glenn, Operations Director, has stated that Tates Garage does not have a legal obligation to repair the vehicle. This has left me deeply disappointed with the service I have received from the start. It has been over 14 months since I first reported the issues, and despite my efforts, Glenn has advised me to take the vehicle to a local dealer, promising not to contribute to any costs incurred. I urge customers to be aware of this situation and to consider alternative garages if they are dissatisfied with the service they receive.
