Dealer Went Bas

Over a decade ago I brought a car here which I was very pleased with. Over three years he only work required was a replacement clutch which I did myself. After a couple of other cars I went back as there was a Mercedes I was interested in. Going to hriugh the service history I noticed a missed timing chain change. When I queried my this Richard became very aggressive and said it was not needed despite the Mercedes dealership confirming it was. If I wasn't talker and younger than him I would have felt quite intimidated. Subsequently I found a number of 5* reviews were written by his wife and staff.
