TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE

My daughter bought her first car from this "company" at the end of June this year - great looking little motor - however terrible problems with the car lurk underneath. Something we discovered having taken the car for a service and MOT. The car is falling apart, is corroded underneath and needs £2600 spending on in in welding costs alone to make it road worthy and safe. I raised this with them today only to be flippantly and rudely dismissed with "not our problem". My daughter does not drive like a lunatic (has a black box for insurance purposes), drives 3 miles to and from her work and looks after the car - when I said to the employee on the phone, it's not like she goes off roading in the car is it? The response I got was "well you tell me". I have been back and forth with them on email and they have basically washed their hands claiming that they are not liable or responsible. The problems are long term, existing problems which were obviously existing at the point of sale - the employee informed me that they don't mechanically check the cars before selling. Absolutely disgusting customer service (or lack of), no accountability at all. I am going to report them to every official body I can.
