Extremely Disappointed-Bad Communication
I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from JW Autos Rochester on September 30th, 2024. Within a day of driving the vehicle, I noticed that the boot cover had a broken clip on one side, part of the clip was completely missing, and another clip had detached entirely. I contacted their team immediately to report this issue and was advised to follow up via email. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls in hopes of resolving this issue. Despite speaking directly with the director, Jack, who assured me that a replacement part had been ordered and would soon be shipped to me, nothing has arrived. It has now been over a month, and I’ve yet to receive either the replacement part or even a single update from their team. What’s more infuriating is that beyond this issue, the car came with other problems. The front wheel alignment was completely off, and the wiper blades were worn out. When I took the vehicle to the Range Rover showroom in Swindon, they informed me that this vehicle was wrongfully sold to me and that I could potentially claim the money back. I only reported the wheel alignment and the parcel shelf to JW Autos. They claimed they wouldn’t cover wheel alignment (which was fine by me), and instead promised to send the replacement parcel shelf that they had already supposedly ordered. Again, no replacement has arrived. Their customer service has been absolutely dismal—zero communication, false promises, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues amicably, they have consistently failed to act. Now, I find myself having wasted my time, effort, and money with this dealership. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from JW Autos, I strongly advise you to think twice. Their promises mean nothing, and their follow-through is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
