NOW CALLED CUSTOM VANS LTD

Sadly like many here I to have been ripped off by Ross and Nicola, I bought a van after a few inspections and all looked to be ok. Never sent me the receipt of payment or my service history. after a month the alternator packed in and he refused to take it back to repair but said he would send me the new parts, This never happened resulting in a £900 bill for me to try and chase. Stopped responding to my emails and messages calls. I have started legal proceedings but feel like I should be doing more to stop this constantly happening.
