Had a MOT

What can I say. These guys are just brilliant. As always forgetting my MOT was due I called them to see if they could squeeze me in ASAP. As I’d already called other garages who just didn’t want the work is how I was made to feel and not very customer friendly. Obviously missed the customer service course. Spoke to a very polite and friendly young lady Sophie who said not a problem we have one slot left but bring it in early and we will get it done as soon as the slot was available. It did initially fail on some minor things but they called, quoted a very fair price and it was all done in the same day. What else could I ask for. So a very big thank you to you for helping me out. Will definitely be back for my service as that’s due soon. Will definitely pass the word road to family and friends
