Cinch? More like stitch up

I made the mistake of trying Cinch for a change of car to replace my ageing Mondeo. They are simply dreadful, absolutely awful go deal with. I had agreed on buying a new car, with a part exchange package, and the young female Cinch employee assured me the car would be removed from the website so nobody could purchase it. So I went into town to secure the funds and in doing so surrendered several hundred pounds to cancel a fixed Bond I had taken out a few months earlier. About 30mins later I received a pathetic call from the same girl at Cinch saying that the car had been sold. Apparently this was owed to a technical hitch. If you believe that, you'll believe anything and all I will say is that if you ever look to purchase a car from Cinch, don't do it - you've got be either desperate or daft.
