Nightmare of a company

Bought a Kia sorento cash sale through this company. Unseen so was under the distant selling laws Was very friendly and helpful when sale was ongoing. However that's were it all stopped, the car when received was delivered with obvious faults. Driving the car it was an experience I'll never forget. The car was recovered and the garage discovered the O/S front wheel was locked , suspect caliper seized. They also reported the rear shock absorbers seized and a rear tyre badly cracked and illegal. I'd also reported the two front tyres near to worrn out and no spare key, also the air-conditioning not working, I contacted after sales who kept asking for estimates. I requested a refund Which was refused. I received numerous texts from after sales some were totally abusive, trying to contact management was impossible numerous emails and calls were unanswered and two months past with no action I was pushed from different people each promising an action, I then received a call from the manager Jamie who said he wanted to reinstate my faith in Ancoats and asked if he got my car repaired would I withdraw my return request, stupidly I believed him and agreed. Two weeks after this the garage was given authorisation for the repairs to the suspension and brakes, this left the tyres and missing key, which when a contacted again the management they agreed to pay an amount towards these defects, after receiving quotes I sent these off in the meantime I payed for the tyres and keys myself. Emailing Jamie numerous times to inform him as the tyres were badly worn not wanting to go through bad weather with bad tyres Today no replies and I can only presume after two months they have gone back on their word. So as for my faith in Ancoats being restored. its worse with the lack of customer care and I'd say if your thinking of buying a car don't use Ancoats, they are a bunch of unprofessional sharks selling cars not fit for use .
