Excellent service from start to finish!!

As this was my first mobility car I was unsure of the process. I had seen a few cars online and decided to goto Penton MG Salisbury regards a car I liked. From the minute I/we walked into the showroom we was shown where to go and who to see, we was promptly asked if we wanted a hot drink whilst browsing, and even tho the machine was broken Ben Parker-Tait went out of his way to get us drinks required. Ben may I also add was humorous friendly and welcoming thought the process on my 1st visit there we had decided on the MG HS SE version which was fine and we could have the new car early Jan 2025 which to me was great! so we started filling in question and answers on computer, I had asked if the SE had heated seat (as my partner is a cold bum) to which we was told unfortunately not but then Ben said could I excuse him a few minutes, when he returned he asked if I wanted an early Xmas present, of course my reply! WELL .... My car was upgraded to the MG HS Trophy which had heated seats AND that I could collect a week later most likely but I had to come and see Abi Afelumo who wasn't in that day but was in following day who was the person I needed to see to finalise everything. I/we came back following day and Met Abi who like Ben was extremely helpful friendly and welcoming and again another hot drink. We finalised Q&A that again was required and Abi said I could most likely collect on the coming Saturday! NOT EVEN A WEEK from initially entering Penton MG the previous day. Obviously as a new car owner to be over the next few days I had a few questions and just popped into see Abi, who straight away answered my questions and added if I wanted to know anything else just come back and ask anytime. I collected car on the Saturday did final paperwork and signature's and the Abi took me to my new shiny car and FULLY explained everything about the car how it worked etc as it was completely different to previously owned older cars! She even bonded car to my mobile phone and again explained everything required or asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND INDEED is all I can say regards Abi & Ben!!!
