Yesterday i Telephoned Kia West Bromwich to book in my car. Adrian booked me in for the next morning . His Telephone manner was very polite, professional and friendly. He kept me infand called to say car was ready. Adrian and Mel were very welcoming, with a huge smile, took time to chat and really made me feel important and appreciated. This is the first time of using Kia Great Bridge and must say have left a positive lasting impression. I will definitely be using them for my car servicing in future. This branch is exceptional! Definitely a 5 star review from me.
