Love our new (used) car -Audi A3 automatic. So well finished, so nice to drive, so many clever features. We have looked at many cars and car reviews and the Audi A3 was the best for our needs. The service we have had from Audi has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tamas sold us the car, he was not pushy, he gave us all the information we needed. We wanted to trade our old VW Polo in, the offer made was not great, and Tamas suggested we could do better elsewhere (which we did). Audi went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the car once we pointed out some cosmetic issues they made sure they were dealt with. Following our purchase Audi have been keen to ensure we are happy with the car. We wanted dashcams fitted, this has been done promptly and we were given further help with the associated app. This has been the best experience we have had with a dealership so far. We have complete faith in Audi Norwich.
