Customer service needs work

I purchased a Range Rover from here in July. When I first went to view the car it was very dirty so I asked if it would be cleaned and the dealer said it would but when I came to collect it, it was still very dirty and it also had no diesel in it so I had to buy enough to get me to a station. The dealer was a nice enough guy, it just seemed that he was too busy to deliver proper customer service.
