We purchased a car from these people and was very happy with the car and the service we received. We received a call from them shortly after taking our new car home about paying for some extended warranty which we took out. thought nothing of it and about a month later our new car started to go wrong. We finally got it to the garage and it was repaired. we got it home and contacted the warranty people and was told the bit that broke on our car wasn't included in the warranty. we were really annoyed by this, having just paid £150 for the repair which we thought we would get back. I decided to contact the car dealership where we bought the car from and they were so sympathetic with us and tried to help out. but unfortunately they couldn't. We received an email saying that they would be able to pay us for some of the repair. we were delighted. there is good people out there afterall thank you urban car company
