Absolutely disgusting customer service
Dealt with 5 different members of staff who preferred to text rather than call. Sent multiple deals with incorrect information while they blamed each other Finally finalised a deal to which I was told aspects were in the notes. Organised selling my own car, insurance as advised by arnold clark; took a day off work and paid for my train to travel 200 plus miles to collect only to be told the night before I was due to collect that the deal didn't include any of those aspects. I asked if it didn't include those for the order to be cancelled you don't pay for one thing to be told last minute that it doesn't include them. Ian the manager then just cancelled the order, he didn't see fit to check if the order was correct or not and did not ring to correct his staffs (Jacks) mistake. I rang up to be told unless I apologised to jack he was not reinstating the order, no mention of incorrect information being told. Conservations are not just recorded for quality and training either which I believe is illegal but obviously Ian wouldn't comment on Jack's mistakes of incorrectly disputing an order the night before collection. Loyal arnold clark customer no more! Lies, inconsistency and no disregard or ownership of their own mistakes
