Awful experience . Reported the company to Trading standards . Our son paid a deposit on a BMW and the night before we were to travel over from Belfast he was informed the car was not there and no one knew where it was. 3 days later and 1 week 2 days after our son paid the deposit the manager was able to tell us the car had developed a major fault the day before we were to collect same but at no time were we informed of that. ( An engine management light that signifies a major fault does not appear overnight on a trade in.) They refused to refund the outstanding travel costs leaving us out of pocket and our son without a car and a new insurance policy for a BMW that wasn't there . They stated it was not their policy to refund travel costs , please note these policies are not visible on their website and are not communicated verbally. Avoid this lot they are the worst example of car dealers we have ever experienced dont just take my word for it read other reviews.
