Blooming terrible

We went to buy a car for £22k and it was sold,fair enough but it is still on their website nearly a week later. Sales guy told my wife I’ll call you back with more options, never did. She Called again, no one called back again. Went in to garage, they were busy admittedly but no one even acknowledged us after looking around for 1/2 hour then walking in show room and standing there for 10 minutes. If this is how you sell a car, well good luck to you. But old school manners go a long way. Feel extremely disappointed with their lack COMPLETE LACK of customer service. See why traditional car garages are going to become a thing of the past if this is how they work.
