disappointed customer

I visited the showroom - met two welcome ladies. One lady was really professional welcoming knowledgeable she said her name was Alison and advised me that I made a good choice coming to VW for my new vehicle. Unfortunately the other young lady helped me she went off to another area to find a salesman and didn't return for about 20 minutes later, casually and unprofessionally mentioning a salesman would be down to speak to me... No salesman came to help me at all, i went back to reception and the young lady stated that a salesman would be down... Alison apologised for the delay and explained a salesman would be with me asap - the other lady stood there chatting to another member of staff, and seemed totally not interested to help me further. I could hear Alison looked like she was telephoning customers in between reception duties for their star review ratings - I told her I would give her a 5 star for her professionalism and welcome however I was totally unimpressed by the other members of staff, who were looking at nails putting on lipstick laughing with staff members and generally just ignorring me, checking her appearanace in her phone mirror. I walked out in the end
