Motor Crap

Motor Class Wigan, more like Motor Crap Wigan. I have had my Defender nearly 2 months now and I have gone through 5 different members of Motor Class team to have answers on rectifying the issues with it. The issues are mainly down to poor quality refurbishments of painted accessories on the vehicle, I literally have blue spray (from the callipers) sprayed up the side of the vehicle, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. Finally, and most harrowingly, when I collected the vehicle, Motor Crap weren’t in receipt of the V5, so were unable to send it off, however I was assured it wasn’t an issue and they would call me when they had it to complete it correctly before sending off. Anyway, 4 weeks later, I return home from a long weekend to open the post and there it is the V5, albeit with the wrong details on, my first thoughts are, great…. What about road tax, checked on the DVLA website and guess what, no TAX!!!! Alan, Anthony, Mike, Alex, Craig…. You should hopefully be pissed off by reading the above, try being in my shoes, who has literally had zero communication back from you, I have been the one ringing and ringing to sort this out, now it’s your turn. Next step is I will be going to Trading Standards.
