Bought a car from them - never ending list of issues: electric window failed within a couple of weeks (fortunately covered under warranty), faulty battery died (not covered), leaking oil due to loose and stripped sump plug (sorted elsewhere because they were too busy, although they did cover the cost), blocked sun roof drain led to flooded drivers footwell, bent bars on door lock meant key did not work. RAC check is worthless and their mechanics are hopeless. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole
