Brand new silver audi.

It is now over a year we have been trying to have the awful paintwork on my wife's brand new audi repaired. This is a new Q3 silver car which they have photographed the patches of matt paintwork. There is no dispute about the requirement of respray but every time we make contact or drive all of the 1 hour each way to Exeter, we are fobbed off that it will be dealt with. It has not been repaired and we do not feel that they ever intend to do anything. We will persevere with our complaint through social media and finally legal action. Audi's are excellent cars so we hope anyone reading this will choose audi but from a different dealer.
