Awful communication

Recently had a 20000 miles service on my Kia xceed with a couple of additional things that I requested they looked at so it was put down on the service job sheet . Upon picking my vehicle up there was no mention of what they felt und with the couple of issues I requested to be looked at, 1 of them hadn’t been looked at as the issue still remained Arrr I picked the car up 😡
