Poor service

Arranged to view a ford focus at Winsford that was being brought from there Trafford show room took the day off work travelled hour to show room only to be told the car was not delivered said they had emailed me to tell me which they hadn't very poor service having had several cars in the past between myself and family will not be having any more ended up going to motor range in Liverpool and gave them my 14000 pounds instead
