Faulty car after 1 day

I purchased a Qashqai on the 18th November 2024, the sales person was good. However, the car starting juddering, showing system error faults, stalling 1 day after. I'm sure Big Motoring World should not be selling faulty cars as this breaches consumer rights. The warranty is just as worse in terms of how it works; the delays; excuses. I am a diabetic and can't attend appointment and the stress is beginning to affect me.
