Poor customer service

I actually rejected the car I purchased from this dealership. The car had failed it's MOT and needed new parts so I was waiting for them to get it sorted and every time I tried to arrange a day to collect it they said it wouldn't be possible to collect it that day and eventually I got tired of it and asked for my money back. I wouldn't buy a second hand shopping trolley from them.
