Worst Customer Experience in 30 years

I recently purchased an advertised at 9500 but on collection 10,000 mile Bright Blue Bentley Bentayga from JAD Motors for £66500.00 unfortunately its suspension failed 25 yards from the dealer. Despite their promise to put it right with a Bentley Dealer they rescinded their promise as soon as they realised it would cost £12000.00 to repair. I have had the worst customer experience with this dealer and have had to use the finance company to enforce my rights and return the car and my deposit of £20,000.00 Be aware if this car is readvertised for sale that it will need a full Bentley dealer diagnostic and assessment and i would in all honesty avoid the car and this dealer at all costs the vehicle registration is LX17 PWU
