After sales experience poor. Don’t try to claim on the warranty or expect a call back, ever! They simply aren’t interested. Volkeswagon uk absolutely useless as a customer service. Interesting all the positive reviews on trust pilot which was at 2.5 stars last year!! Please don’t add a comment asking me to contact you to discuss. Tried that and you ignored me!
